LIA MISTLASKAYA

Portrait of a Woman – Timeless Women
The Art of Seeing Women
Festival Workshop
Sale price€1.530,00 Finance my workshop

"Every woman carries her own form of beauty and her own relationship to it. The role of the photographer is to recognise this uniqueness, guide it, and frame it with both elegance and intention. Working with women also means navigating emotions, expectations and the desire to feel seen. A photo shoot can be an artistic moment, but also a transformative one."

- Lia Mistlaskaya

In this four day workshop, Lia Mstislavskaya shares over twenty years of experience working with women on both sides of the lens. Her perspective as both photographer and model allows her to understand the vulnerability and the strength present in every portrait session.

The workshop takes place in a calm and inspiring environment, influenced by the unique light and atmosphere of Venice. This setting offers an elegant backdrop for exploring beauty, style and visual storytelling.

Participants learn how to create a refined aesthetic from scratch, how to design a scene that empowers the model, and how to guide her toward the emotion or posture that defines the image.

The training concludes with a collective review where each participant presents a series of portraits highlighting their interpretation of timeless femininity.
